What the Workshop Includes?
- Sample six different Turkish wines.
- Become acquainted with local grape varieties unique to Turkey, such as Kalecik Karası, Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Narince, and Emir.
- Detailed information will be provided on each wine’s grape variety, cultivation region, production methods, and characteristics.
- Throughout the tasting, we will engage in discussions about Turkiye’s rich wine history, spanning from the ancient vineyards of Lycia, Cappadocia, and Thrace to the present day.
- The tasting experience will be enhanced with local cheeses, olives, and traditional appetizer accompaniments.
- Throughout the session, a professional sommelier will guide you, answer your questions, and provide detailed tasting notes for each wine.
